All our installations are carried out by fully trained and qualified engineers directly employed by the company. We would only use sub-contractors for any construction works associated with any installation such as ground works for CCTV columns or ducting and these sub-contractors are vetted in accordance with our ISO9001 quality system.

All our engineers are CRB checked and fully screened in accordance with BS7858. Upon completion of the installation the engineer returns all the required paperwork to the office where the invoice for the agreed works is forwarded to the client by post. We do not expect our engineers to collect payment nor do we normally request a deposit. We expect the client to be fully satisfied with the installation and the condition the premises are left prior to payment.

Upon completion of the installation the system is fully warrantied for a year from the installation date, we also provide 24hr engineering assistance and call out facility within the installation cost for the first year. At the end of the warranty period we will offer a maintenance contract which includes the continuance of the 24hr call out facility and engineering support. This contract is renewable annually if required.
